The programme is a two (2) days event as a side event to ‘’OIC Youth Day’’. The showcase is targeting to bring around 50 young chefs and Gastronomy students from OIC Member States to how to cook the Turkish Cuisine with the training of master chefs.

At the end of the training, the participants will attend the gastronomy tour in Istanbul on 4th September 2019.
