Dear citizens of Indonesia and nationals of other countries residing in Indonesia,

In accordance with the decision of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Türkiye, VFS Global has been authorized to handle Turkish visa applications throughout Indonesia starting February 2026.

Until now, pre‑applications and appointment bookings for submitting visa documents to the Consular Section of the Turkish Embassy in Jakarta have been made through konsolosluk.gov.tr. Beginning February 9, 2026, appointment bookings will need to be made via the VFS Global website (details to be announced shortly). Visa applicants will submit their required documents at the VFS Global Visa Application Centre located at:

Kuningan City Mall, L2–19
Jl. Prof. Dr. Satrio Kav 18, Setiabudi, Kuningan, Jakarta

Passports will be collected from the same centre after the Embassy has completed its review of the applications.

Note:

• Applicants who have already submitted a pre‑application and booked an appointment on or after 9 February through konsolosluk.gov.tr, but have not yet submitted their documents to the Embassy, must submit their visa documents at the VFS Global Visa Application Centre on their scheduled appointment date. Visa fee payment and biometric data collection will also take place at the VFS Global Application Centre. (Mobile biometrics service will also be available for those who are unable to go to the Centre in person. Applicants who will receive the mobile biometric service will personally deliver their application documents to company representatives.)

Please also kindly be noted that the mandatory travel health insurance will also be purchased at VFS Global Visa Application Centre. Travel health insurance purchased from external providers will not be accepted for the visa application. The basic visa fee will now cost 180 USD, which include service fee and the mandatory travel health insurance. (Additional services provided by VFS Global are excluded.)

The Embassy of the Republic of Türkiye in Jakarta and the VFS Global Jakarta Office are working closely to ensure that all necessary preparations are completed and that this transition proceeds as smoothly as possible.
